Sushi Tei
The crowd favourite Sushi Tei celebrates its 30th anniversary with the launch of the second edition of its special anniversary menu, bringing back fan-favorite seasonal dishes that have captured the hearts of their diners over the years.
Highlights include the A5 Maruzen Craft Wagyu Steak, which features premium striploin from Kagoshima, pan-fried to perfection and served with a chef’s special sauce. Seafood lovers can enjoy Kanpachi Sashimi, offering a fresh, oceanic taste, or Kanpachi Sushi, where the fish is elegantly draped over sweet-vinegared rice.
Other must-tries include the Pearl Negitoro Maki a flavorful combination of minced tuna, crabstick, and salmon roe, and the Momiji Ebi Roll, a deep-fried ebi sushi roll topped with crabmeat and drizzled with spicy yuzu mayonnaise.
For something warm and comforting, the Pork Goma Nabe offers a hearty hotpot filled with mushrooms, pork, and vegetables in a savory sesame-based soup. Don’t miss the Kani Mentai Tamagoyaki, a fluffy Japanese omelette with crab stick and cod roe mayonnaise.

Burma Social has expanded with a new outlet in the east, introducing a revamped menu that honors the best of Burmese cuisine. The new menu features dim sum, bao buns, and a variety of vegan options, making it an inclusive dining destination.
For a taste of Burma, the 4 and 6-course lunch sets offers guests a glimpse of what Burma Social has to offer. Start with choices like the Tea Leaf Salad or BBQ Pork Ribs, and enjoy mains such as Steamed Sea Bass with black bean sauce or Shan Kauk Swe, a traditional Burmese noodle dish. Desserts include indulgent options like Biscoff Cheesecake dusted with 24-karat gold.
The new dim sum offerings bring a fusion twist with dishes like Silky Siam Truffle and Har Gao with Green Curry Prawn Farce. The bao buns are equally enticing, with choices of chicken, prawn, and pork, plus a must-try Burmese Bao made with plant-based mock meat.
For vegan and vegetarian diners, Burma Social offers a range of plant-based dishes, including the spicy Hincho Tofu soup and crispy Kyar Pin Kyaw lotus roots. Mains like Curry Pyazzo and Mala Veg Wok provide hearty, flavorful options that don’t compromise on taste.

Following its successful debut last year, Chef Jason has refreshed the Flavours of Japan Afternoon Tea menu, blending traditional Japanese flavors with modern culinary artistry for an elevated afternoon tea experience in a refined setting.
Savor savory delights like the Baked Miso Black Cod, perfectly paired with miso eggplant, and the Charcoal Barbeque Eel Quiche, combining smoky unagi with creamy tamago in a flaky crust. The Japanese Lobster Salad Sandwich offers a rich taste of lobster enhanced by mentaiko and Tobiko, nestled in a toasted brioche.
For dessert, indulge in the Japanese Matcha Roll, filled with Hojicha mascarpone cream, or the delicate Mizu Shingen Mochi, dusted with roasted soybean flour and drizzled with black honey. Newly opened in Goldhill Plaza, Sushi Ichinoji offers an authentic Japanese dining experience centered around traditional unagi hitsumabushi and exquisite omakase courses. The restaurant’s signature dish, Nagoya-style Unagi Hitsumabushi, is available in three variations, each showcasing perfectly charcoal-grilled eel served with a homemade sauce. Singapore’s homegrown patisserie Luna opens a brand-new café concept at 111 Somerset. Lucine by LUNA features a new menu of hot savoury dishes not found at the original LUNA along Amoy.
Lucine offers an outlet-exclusive hot food menu of toasted sandwiches, salads and light bites such as Grilled Cheese, Tofu Spam & Cheese and Hamburg Steak. Each sandwich is served with a side of mixed greens salad, and there is an option to add $2 for tater tots.
There’s also a customisable All Day Breakfast of sunshine-yellow soft-scrambled eggs, served with toasted sourdough and a side of fresh salad greens. For extra sustenance, add-ons such as tater tots, sauteed garlic mushrooms, creamed spinach and chicken sausage are available from $2 onwards. There’s also fresh salads, coffee and dessert to complete your meal.
