Grab your friends seek shelter from the heat or the rain by indulging in a feast for the senses. This month, we’ve got our eyes – or should we say our tastebuds – on exquisite high tea experiences, craft beer and Peranakan food pairings, a lovely refresh of one of our faovurite Italian haunts.

Autobar combines a zi char dining-style with a taproom experience in the middle of CBD, curating a selection of craft beers from both locally and regionally renowned breweries. The brews are on rotation, featuring the likes of Autobar Craft Lager, Myth Monkey’s Blue Galaxy Hard Seltzer, and you might also find some cocktails and meads on tap too. The bar doubles up for business catch-ups or post-work drinks, with Head Chef Yang Xueling’s Perenakan-inspired menu. Tuck into local culinary creations like Nangka Gulai, a jackfruit curry, tender Beef Cheek Rendang, Nonya Chap Chye, and the deliciously crispy Duroc Pork Schnitzel.

New Menu at Dolce Vita

Dolce Vita at Mandarin Oriental Singapore

Chef Roberto Zorzoli goes back to the drawing board with a refreshed menu of classic dishes for Italian cuisine lovers over at Dolce Vita in Mandarin Oriental Singapore. Take a gastronomic journey to coastal Italy, with chef’s rendition of Spaghettini Vongole e Gamberi with a white wine sauce and a lemon finish and the Polipo Scottato, grilled Mediterranean octopus with earthy aritchokes, and the Orata al Sale, a salt-baked seabream that’s drizzled with creamy oregano blanc sauce. Other highlights include the indulgent Tarfuto pinsa flatbread with black truffle and truffle cream, a creamy Risotto Cacio e Pepe, simple yet satisfying flavours of cheese and black pepper. While their signature Tiramisu remains on the menu, you might want to try the chef’s Millefoglie Porcini creation.

Afternoon Lingering Treats: Mdm Ling Bakery x Madison’s High Tea at Pullman Singapore

Madison’s joins the SG60 celebrations with their newest high tea launch: Afternoon Lingering Treats, a collaboration with homegrown bakery Mdm Ling Bakery. Expect to tuck into savoury treats created specially by the chef like the addictive Mee Sua Kueh, ever popular Salted Egg Yolk Bun, and the signature Pullman-style Rojack, as well as sweets like the citrusy Raspberry Lychee Rose Cake, Mini Cempedak Cake, alongside MLB’s signature cookies; Kopi Siew Dai, Pandan Pineapple balls and the creamy Molten Chocolate cookie.

Each set also comes with a drink each, and includes a selection of premium Silver Jubilee teas and blends, or Nespresso coffees. The first 30 diners to enjoy the high tea set will also receive a limited edition Mdm Ling tote bag with their signature cookies to enjoy the treats at home.

The Afternoon Lingering Treats collaboration with Mdm Ling Bakery is only available at Madison’s at Pullman Singapore Hill Street from 2 June to 31 July 2025. Reservations can be made online.

Conrad Singapore’s quarterly high tea shines the spotlight on the fragrant vanilla with the La Vanilla Afternoon Tea at The Lobby Lounge, with a savoury and sweet menu designed to bring out the delicious notes in the flavour. Kick off your journey with a sweet, refreshing bubbly Madagascar Vanilla drink, before taking a step into the savoury with Tempura Mushroom paired with vanilla-scented cream, a Parisian Ham and Comte Sandwich buttered with house-whipped vanilla butter, and creamy vanilla infused Seared Scallops. On the sweeter side, tuck into desserts like their signature Vanilla Pod with Tahiti vanilla whip cream, the fruity Vanilla Peach Tart and Vanilla Orchard, and a Matcha Vanilla Sonata.

Four Seasons harks the arrival of Executive Pastry Chef Daniel Windelhed with the exclusively launched 101 Days of Summer Afternoon Tea Experience that is guided by his appreciation for nature, design, and everyday moments. Look forward to treats like the Makrut Lime and Lemongrass Panna Cotta, Yellow Peach Cheesecake, and the Brown Butter Madeleines with strawberry compote and clotted cream.
