Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Launches $53nett National Day Set Lunch

For their first National Day in the Lion City, New York establishment, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse, will be paying homage to Singapore with a specially priced lunch bundle featuring a locally inspired dish and cocktails. Established in the USA in 2004, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse has since opened restaurants in some of the world’s most vibrant cities, including Singapore in October 2017. Whilst renowned for their tender cuts of USDA Prime Black Angus Beef, the international steakhouse features locally influenced menu items at several of their locations.

Commemorating 53 years of independence for Singapore, the National Day lunch bundle will be priced at $53 nett, and will include a Clear Chicken Soup to start, followed by their take on Singapore classic, Black Pepper Beef. Created exclusively for Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Singapore, the signature dish blends the restaurant’s famed dry-aged USDA Prime Black Angus Sirloin with local spices and cooking techniques – the succulent beef is stir-fried with Bell Peppers and Black Pepper and is served over a bed of rice.

To accompany their lunch, guests can opt for either the Wolfgang Sling – Bombay Sapphire, Kirschwasser, Dom Benedict, Fresh Lemon Juice, Sparkling Water – or Orchard Road – Bombay Sapphire, Honey Syrup, Fresh Lemon Juice cocktail, each of which was specially curated by the bar team in honour of Singapore.

Wolfgang’s Steakhouse is celebrated for its tender sub-primal cuts of prime USDA Black Angus meat, which are dry aged in a proprietary designed ageing room for 28 days. Established by father-son duo, Wolfgang and Peter Zwiener, and several associates, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse pays tribute to classic New York City hospitality with a warm, friendly atmosphere and unparalleled service.

The National Day lunch bundle is available for the month of August from 11:30am – 6pm.

For $53 nett, the menu includes:

The bundle will also be available at the bar during Happy Hour (3-6pm).
