The festival highlights five iconic brands—Johnnie Walker, Don Julio, Ron Zacapa, Tanqueray, and The Singleton—each with its own rich heritage and distinct flavor profiles. From the smooth sophistication of Don Julio tequila to the bold complexity of Johnnie Walker whisky, these spirits will be reimagined in extraordinary ways by Singapore’s top bartenders. Participating bars across the country will feature curated cocktail menus that invite guests to explore the versatility of these spirits while supporting their favorite bartenders and establishments.
One of the festival’s standout features is its focus on innovation. Bartenders will push the boundaries of mixology, creating cocktails that are as visually stunning as they are delicious. For example, Alvin Koh from Nutmeg & Clove has crafted a five-course cocktail menu inspired by local dishes such as Pulut Tekan, Nasi Lemak, and Nasi Biryani, blending familiar flavors with modern techniques. Meanwhile, Cherry Lee from Origin Bar has designed cherry-themed cocktails like “That’s What I Like” and “Cherry Bomb,” ensuring there’s something to suit every palate.
