Youngs Bar & Restaurant Launches Weekend Grill Menu

Located at the Seletar Aerospace Park, Youngs Bar & Restaurant is one of the few notable restaurants around the area. Be prepared to be welcomed to either a cosy outdoor alfresco vibe or a more intimate lunch or dinner indoors.

Here, they serve modern European fare and they have recently launch its new Weekend Grill Menu which features a range of sumptuous meats and seafood’s all served in generous portions and will surely whet your appetite.

Start off your meal with either the Baked Oysters or Fresh Oysters followed by Whitebait – fried battered tiny fish served with coriander Aioli Dip.

For those dining in groups of 5, we recommend either the Seafood Platter which five types of seafood- Baked Live Half Lobster, Whole Grey Mullet, Tiger Prawns, Baby Squids, Baked Oysters and Summer Vegetables or the Meat Lovers Platter which is served with Half Spring Chicken, BBQ Pork Ribs, Beef Ribeye Steak, Pork Sausage, Garlic Roasted Potatoes and Summer Vegetables.

Diners can also look forward to Youngs signature Mussel Pot that comes with Garlic, White Wine Jus and a serving of fries or artisanal toast – ideal for a filling and satisfying meal.

The Grilled Tiger Prawns with Harisa, Summer Vegetables and chickpeas is also highly recommended.

Youngs also offers pizzas and other interesting appetizers for those who prefer not to eat seafood or meat, all made from the finest ingredients.

Don’t leave the place without trying out their desserts, the Tiramisu served in a cup and the Churros coated in Cinnamon sugar is a perfect combination!

Youngs Bar & Restaurant Weekend Grill Menu is available only on Fridays and Saturdays from 5:30pm onwards.
