ADRIFT Set to Host a Glamorous Masquerade Halloween Party

On 29th October 2016, ADRIFT is introducing a high end and seductive approach to celebrating Halloween entitled “The Masqued Ball”. Guests are invited to abandon all inhibitions and indulge in a chic and sophisticated affair, with the very best in food and drinks and a professionally-designed space. A party in aid of a great cause, ADRIFT will donate proceeds from ticket sales to local charity, Food from the Heart.
Celebrated Chef David Myers will be preparing 4- course Omakase menu will start with a King Prawn and Alaskan Crab Cocktail, followed by an autumnal Pumpkin soup with foie gras and confit quail. For mains, guests will be treated to a Misoglazed Pork Chop with Brussel sprouts and spiced apples and will finish with the signature Chocolate fritter with ginger ice cream and persimmon and Bar Director Anandha Ruben will be serving up his creative take on festive cocktails, in addition to the bar’s extensive drink menu.
The dress code is to impress and a mask is essential, fog will blanket the floors, creating the scene for a sultry and mysterious event. Music will create an electric atmosphere and guests can enjoy a photo booth and endless surprises in true ADRIFT fashion.
Myers said of The Masqued Ball, “We’re so excited to host this party for the first time. There are always a number of Halloween parties in Singapore but we feel this is a truly unique offering. Our Masqued Ball will offer the best of ADRIFT’s culinary style coupled with awesome cocktails.”
The 4-course Omakase dinner with drink pairings and subsequent free flow drinks is priced at $200++. Those just looking to join for cocktails and dancing can purchase a ticket at $100++. A $4 booking fee will be applied in addition. Dinner will start from 7pm and those with drinks tickets are welcome to join from 9pm till late.
