TUMI Launches Third Limited-Edition Capsule in collaboration with McLaren

Known for TUMI’s product innovation and McLaren’s engineering science, the third Capsule collection for the Tumi x McLaren collection sees five styles crafted in TUMI’s exclusive, innovative CX6 carbon fibre material.

Ultra-durable material coupled with supercar-inspired features and the unmistakable McLaren aesthetic defines this season’s collection.

For this 2022 rollout, whether you’re looking for a backback, Duffle Bag, Travel bag or an office bag, the TUMI x McLaren collection 2022 features designs which is suitable for use in the air such as the Aero International Expandable 4 wheel carry-on (S$4,220), featuring an aero-inspired molded front panel, front-lid or split-case entry to the main compartment as well as zip expansion, three-stop telescope handle and four dual spinner wheels crafted with a mix of exceptionally durable materials including Tegris. Inside is a hanger bracket, removable suitor section, zip divider and pockets, and built-in type-C USB port.

Versatile collection pieces like the Quantum Duffle (S$3,200), Torque Sling in Carbon (S$1,640) and Velocity Backpack in Carbon (S$2,600) carry a modern and lightweight design to keep your everyday valuables close and secure. Some of the pieces feature molded carbon fiber front panel and multiple pocket design, and built-in type-C USB port to keep you powered during your longest excursions. Other key features include a padded laptop sleeve, two elastic-open side pockets, back vertical zip pocket, external open pocket with magnetic snap.

First introduced in 1968 and designed for business professionals in mind, the 14” Axle Slim Brief in Black (S$1,700) makes its return, designed with CX6 carbon fiber and aero-inspiration derived from McLaren supercars in McLaren’s signature Papaya Orange colour. This piece also comes with with leather top carry handles, magnetic zipper pulls, removable padded shoulder strap, sneaky pocket and a padded 14” laptop pocket.
