Celebrate National Day with Local-Inspired Dim Sum at Yàn

Yàn celebrates Singapore’s national day with a repertoire of local-inspired dim sum. The special selection spans from an à la carte menu for dine-in during lunchtime (once dine-in resumes), to a Dim Sum Party Takeaway set (S$88 nett for 3 to 4 persons) both available from1 to 31 August 2021.

Available for both self-collection and delivery, the Dim Sum Party set is a seven-course spread of delectable dishes that meld local flavours with classic Cantonese favourites of Chicken Satay, Yàn’s Wok-Fried Carrot Cake with Chinese Pork Sausage and Homemade XO Sauce, Seafood Mee Goreng and an array of dim sum such as Steamed Hainanese Chicken with Sticky Rice wrapped in Lotus Leaf (2 pieces), Steamed Laksa Buns with Chicken and Mushroom (4 pieces), Steamed Fresh Prawn Dumplings (4 pieces) and Steamed Pork and Prawn Dumplings topped with Fish Roe (4 pieces).

Once dining-in is allowed, you may also avail of Yàn’s lunch à la carte menu and enjoy dishes such as Deep-fried Satay Pork Spring Roll, Steamed Hainanese Chicken with Sticky Rice wrapped in Lotus Leaf, Steamed Laksa Buns with Chicken and Mushroom, Steamed Seafood Dumpling with Shrimp Soup and Chilled Cendol Pudding.
