Celebrate Singapore Cocktail Festival at Bob’s Bar, Capella Singapore

From 16-21 March 2017, Capella Singapore’s Cuban-inspired bar, Bob’s Bar will be presenting a thrilling 6-day line-up during the Singapore Cocktail Festival.

As the only participating bar in Sentosa Island for this highly anticipated festival, Bob’s Bar is the perfect escape in island paradise, featuring the celebrated Diplomático World Tournament Singapore Finals, renowned guest bartender from one of Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2016 and a hands-on cocktail making experience.

Diplomático World Tournament – Singapore National Final 2017
Thursday, 16 March, 3:30pm to 10pm

Eight local bartenders will compete for the competition’s Continental Finals in Venezuela. Anticipate a spectacular showcase of bartending talent, unique concoctions, live music, good food and a special Diplomàtico Cocktail Bar on our picturesque alfresco terrace.

Havana Nights
Friday, 17 March 2017; 6:30pm to 10:00pm

Look forward to an unforgettable evening of salsa dancing, live music in the beach-themed affair that is complete with succulent barbecue meats and a pop-up Pomaika’i Cocktail Bar this Havana Nights, a usual Friday affair at the breezy outdoor terrace of Bob’s Bar.

Guest Bartender Hiroyasu Kayama
Sunday, 19 March 2017, 8:00pm to 10:00pm

The perfect way to end the Sunday evening is to unwind with an impressive glass of botanical concoction by one of Japan’s top mixologists, Hiroyasu Kayama. Hailing from Ben Fiddich Tokyo, a bar that ranks 21st in Asia’s 50 Best Bars Awards 2016, the creative Kayama’s cannot-be-missed drink is his “The Botanist Forest”, refreshing tipple made with an assortment of exotic herbs.

Exclusively available from 16-21 March 2017, Bob’s Bar will be serving its Festive Coctail, Pomaika’i which means ‘good luck’ in Hawaiian. A true summery gem, the tiki cocktail is made with sweet rum and fresh citrus juices that refreshes. For only S$20++ the drink will be served with its recipe card and a hands-on cocktail making kit for added interaction. You will also receive a recipe card and cocktail making kit to conjure up your own private paradise wherever you go.
