Dine In The Comforts Of Your Home With Beauty In The Pot’s Seasonal Rich Lobster Takeaway Sets

Beauty In The Pot’s popular lobster is returning with a richer, better taste just for this season! And even though we can’t dine in for at least a foreseeable month, the hotpot beauty has put together ready-to-eat hotpot sets and a new soup broth so that you can still enjoy their signature broths in the comforts of your homes.

The seasonal Lobster Broth is an upgraded version of last year’s popular Hearty Shrimp Broth, and is simmered for over eight hours with the shells of fresh prawns and locally farmed lobsters for a rich, umami broth. The soup comes with lobster bits, cut into bite-size pieces. Don’t leave the lobsters boiling for too long as the flesh would become overcooked, which means tough lobster meat.

Each soup set also comes with a portion of poached rice, which just needs a ladle of soup to make it into a bowl of delicious porridge-like snack. The crunchy poached rice together with the soup is good enough to be a dish in itself! If you want more carbs, get the hand pulled la mian, cook it for half a minute for springy noodles, and it tastes exactly like the lobster ramen from Keisuke.

The savoury soup is best paired with BiTP’s bestsellers like the Ebiko Prawn Paste, their homemade Cheesy Chicken Ball, Fried Beancurd Skin (also known as ring rolls), and their range of beef and pork cuts. For the dipping sauce, we preferred to go for something spicy like their chopped garlic or mala sauce.

The broth is only available for takeaway and delivery, which come in premium Luxury Personal Meals and family sets for families of all sizes.

The takeaway sets also come with a choice of Beauty In The Pot’s other signature broths if you prefer something lighter. Choose from the Beauty Collagen Broth, Spicy Nourishing Broth or Vitamin C Tomato Sweet Corn Broth in ready-to-eat sets like Seafood Noodle Set, Assorted Pork Noodle Set, Dumpling & Handmade Noodle Set and Beef Noodle Set.

Takeaway is available at Beauty in The Pot outlets at Jewel Changi Airport, KINEX, The Centrepoint, The Star Vista, Serangoon NEX, VivoCity, and Westgate. Open daily from 10.30am to 9.30pm.
