Earle Swensen’s refreshes menu with selections of Halal-certified dishes.

Earle Swensen’s had recently launched its new grand menu, adding more dishes which features all-day brunch, hearty mains, mouth-watering pasta and beautifully charred hand-stretched Neapolitan pizzas and more.

Expect new menu items such as the Seafood Chowder in Sourdough Bread Bowl (S$15.00) – a warm hearty creamy bowl filled with boiled clams, halved mussels and tuber vegetables.

Burger lovers will be in for a treat with NYC inspired The Golden Bun (Parmesan Crisp Burger) (S$19.00), each burger is is layered with Monterey Jack sliced cheese, a tantalizing burger sauce, caramelized onions and sandwiched between sweet, fluffy brioche buns that are buttered and toasted on both sides. Enjoy it on its own or stack it up with the crispy parmesan cheese for a more textured crunch.

Enjoy your katsu in a burger with The Chicken Katsu Baga (S$16.00), crispy Chicken Katsu which is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside nestled between soft brioche buns accompanied with julienned cabbage and a special katsu sauce.

This classic French steak dish, Steak Au Poivre ( S$32.00), will surely whet your mouth as each tenderloin is crusted with coarsely cracked peppercorns and seared to succulent perfection.

No meal is complete without having desserts, why not try the S’mores Waffle, (S$12.00), definitely for the sweet tooth, enjoy freshly prepared crispy waffles topped with soft torched marshmallows and swirled with decadent chocolate cold fudge with crunchy digestive crumbs and butterscotch on the side. Enjoy it on its own or add on a scoop of ice cream to further sweeten your meal.

Diners will be treated to Earle Swensen’s newly rebranded concept with a fresh look at Vivocity outlet along with live band performances in partnership with Merry Bees every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
