Enjoying a leisurely afternoon tea never goes out of style – more so with Conrad Centennial Singapore’s new themed Fashionista Afternoon Tea. Featuring carefully crafted pastries inspired by the runway, the Fashionista Afternoon Tea is a fabulous fusion of both food and fashion that satisfies in terms of looks and taste.
Savour delicate bites like the Lapis Purse – moist bites of kueh lapis cake with an outer shell of 55% chocolate, the hat-shaped Cap-tivating pastry, a delightful treat that combines layers of silky Thai red tea mousse with strawberry compote and a fragrant Joconde biscuit base. Passion for Heels, with heel-shaped passionfruit chocolate encasing mango crème and delightful bits of popping candy, is sure to be a favourite for those with a sweet tooth. Or snap a photo with the Berry Rouge lipstick, before tucking in!
Of course, it is not just all sweets – savoury highlights include the Pink Sakura, a mesh of ice plant, truffle salsa, brie and pear chutney that delights on the tongue; and the delicate Smoked Salmon with Caviar Wheels.
Pair these with the pretty in pink Heel Top welcome beverage, a fizzy saccharine mix of ginger ale, berry puree and fresh strawberries, along with the selection of unlimited Ronnefeldt teas and Brazilian coffee. If you are feeling a little more indulgent, there is also an option to top up S$25 for unlimited servings of Prosecco Rosé.
The Fashionista Afternoon Tea is priced at S$40++ (Inclusive of unlimited Ronnefeldt Tea or Brazilian Coffee) / S$65++ per person (Inclusive of unlimited Ronnefeldt Tea or Brazilian Coffee and Tintoretto Prosecco Rosé) and is available daily from 28 September till 22 November 2021.
