Lotte Duty Free Reopens Its Biggest Store in Changi Airport T3

A major highlight for anyone passing through Changi Airport is the alcohol section at the duty free shops, and Lotte Duty Free has raised the bar with their latest store at T3. The newly revamped store spans across two levels, and now houses exciting shop displays and experiences to discover spirits.

The duplex story Lotte Duty Free cannot be missed, with its towering all-glass façade that immediately catches your eye once you’re past immigration at Terminal 3. The Hennessy shop-in-shop at the front of the store affirms the brand’s dedication to craftmanship, with a dedicated display of high end bottles. The Penfolds shop-in-shop brings to life their seasonal collections aside from their signature bottles – currently the gondola-themed collection is inspired by the deep sea.

Japanese spirit lovers can look forward to the first House of Suntory boutique, where you can find the popular Roku Gin and whiskeys, as well as the limited edition centennial release of the Hibiki 21 year old. The House of Suntory will also be the region’s first place to launch the Toki Whiskey, a sweet and spicy blend of Suntory’s three’s distilleries – Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita.

Heading up towards the 2nd level, the Interactive Wine Sommelier will be available 247 to recommend wines based on your preferences. The expansive 3D state of the art LED touch screens makes the wine selection very seamless, where you can choose your pairings based on food or taste preferences. The Wine Sommelier can also recommend similar wines based on your selections.

The Lifestyle Lounge on the 2nd level allows travellers to indulge in a tipple whilst waiting for their flight. Toni the Makr Shakr bartender has also set up shop at T3 after his popular stint at the Lotte Duty Free Terminal 2 Duplex Store, shaking up cocktails featuring the spirits available at Lotte. It takes only seconds for Toni to shake, mix, and stir any cocktail from over a hundred bottles of spirits. Sip on your cocktail at the lounge seats, or explore even more alcohol and spirits as the choices are endless. Just don’t drink until you miss your flight!
