Madison’s at Pullman Singapore Hill Street launches new Artistry in Time afternoon tea featuring Alphonse Mucha’s artworks

Pullman Singapore Hill Street has launched an exclusive collaboration with the Alphonse Mucha Museum, featuring a limited Artistry in Time Afternoon Tea menu. Available from now until 14 September, the Artistry in Time afternoon tea menu features a delectable spread of pastries and desserts inspired by Mucha’s iconic artworks.

Well-known for his distinctive art noveau style, Mucha’s iconic artworks, patterns and theatrical posters are reflected in the Artistry in Time afternoon tea. For sweets, sink your teeth in decadent macarons adorned with Mucha’s signature patterns. Guests can also find Mucha-inspired mini buntings amongst the mini cakes and tarts — such as the Raspberry Financier.

For savouries, delight in the Lobster; topped with caviar, shrimp chilli and hollandaise. Not to be missed is the Norwegian Salmon Tartare with ikura in kueh pai tee shell, as well as the unique Black Pepper Cookies.

The Mucha Artistry in Time afternoon tea sees a bespoke curation of Mucha-themed cocktails. The signature Mucha Vesper is an enchanting cocktail not for the lightweight drinker; featuring gin, vermouth, grenadine and triple sec liquor, and lemon citrus for a zesty kick. Perfect for a breezy, summery afternoon; the Parisian Gimlet is a wonderfully fresh concoction of citadelle gin, rousillion apricot orange clover honey, citrus bitters and bedazzled with 24 karat gold.

For those who prefer a non-alcoholic mocktail, the Summer Spritz is a refreshing lemonade mixed with orange essence and soda; then topped with mint, sea salt and passionfruit fleu de sel.

Pair your afternoon tea experience with a broad selection of Dimlah teas, or select from the special edition cocktails. Guests can also top up an additional S$78 per person for free flow champagne and wine (for two hours only).

The Artistry in Time Afternoon Tea (S$68++ per guest) is available for an exclusive period until 31 July 2024; every Monday to Saturday, from 2pm-5pm.
