Melt Café, Mandarin Oriental, Singapore’s well-known dining destination for their gastronomic buffet spread introduces new gourmet offerings and a magical entertainment to their signature Sunday Champagne Brunch starting from May 2018.

Sashimi

Some of the highlights to their new offerings is their five types of thick premium cut sashimi served on a large 45 centimeters wooden basin atop a bed of ice to ensure its quality. Over at the cold seafood section, choose from the wide array of freshly schucked oyster selections such as the Taylor Pacific, Fine de Claire and Creuses de Bretagne as well as the Alaskan King Crabs and Boston Lobsters.

Lamb

One eye-catching station is the Indian section wherein you will see a whole spring whole lamb sitting on top of the buffet counter, shaped perfectly this is one item you shouldn’t miss. Head outside to the alfresco garden for some barbeque selections such as Salmon, Grilled Prawn, Beef Steak, Suckling Pig or check out their Asian, European stations.

Dessert

End your meal with a wide selection of irresistible desserts and cakes which has been an all-time favourite by the many who had previously went to Melt Cafe. As part of the new offerings, Melt Cafe is introducing the Live liquid nitrogen dessert station prepared by their award-winning pastry chefs who will smoke up a delicious scene with the new amaretto sabayon with red fruit compote. Smooth and light, the treat is doused in liquid nitrogen, creating a magical theatrical effect, and accompanied by a choice of chocolate or maple syrup, Chantilly cream and vanilla sauce.

To make your dining experience more enticing, a roving magician is moving around each table to entertain you, your friends and guests while your children enjoy fun-filled activities such as the icing sugar cookie decoration or playing the latest Xbox games at the interactive kid’s room.

Mandarin Oriental, Singapore Sunday Champagne Brunch is priced at s$118++ per person with chilled juices and soft drinks or s$178++ per person for unlimited flow of Ruinart “R” de Brut Champagne, wines, cocktails, beers, juices and soft drinks. Alternatively, select the premium option with free flow of Ruinart Blanc de Blancs Champagne at s$218++ per person.
