Melt Café at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore Launches Crab Themed Dinner!

Melt Café at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore unveils its monthly themed dinner menu this September with a tempting array of culinary creations with crab, the luxurious crustacean as the star highlight.

Kickstart the sumptuous evening with refreshing servings of Crab and Granny Smith Apple Salad, alongside other appetisers, cold cuts and cheese platter. Topping off the fresh seafood choices will be scrumptious selections of Jonah Crab, Mud Crab, and an additional Snow Crab treat available every Friday and Saturday.

Other crab delicacies on the menu include Crab Meat Egg Drop Soup, Breaded Crab Cake with Remoulade Sauce, Chilli Crab Omelette, and Crab Kebab.

End the meal on a sweet note with a medley of handcrafted desserts, from the decadent Signature Melt Chocolate Cake to all-time favourite Baked Waffles served with ice cream or sorbet.

Crab Delights at Melt Café is available from 10 to 26 September 2021 and priced at S$88 per adult ( Sunday – Thursday) and S$98 per adult ( Friday – Saturday) both inclusive of free-flow juices. Additional S$32 per adult for free-flow of red and white wine, beer and soft drinks and S$40 per child aged 7 to 12 years old (inclusive of free-flow of juices)
