Monti’s Patio: An Alfresco Pop-Up Dining Experience by Monti with Happy Hour All Night Long!

As The Pelican bids goodbye to the One Fullerton stretch, Monti takes over the space for an alfresco dining concept with a full view of the Marina skyline.

In celebration of Monti’s recent Ospitalità Italiana certification, the highest accolade reserved for Italian restaurants across the world with only the best standards of food and hospitality, the restaurant has launched a new pop-up dining experience. The pop-up sits on the bay of One Fullerton, and is dog-friendly, has a laidback ambience, and plenty of good promotions all month long.

Beers are at $15, house pour spirits are $12, and some of Monti’s signature dishes are repackaged into sharing plates. There are also mains like House-made Spaghettoni with Prawns or Truffle Pizza – simple, Italian fare that’s served at the restaurant – but at slightly more wallet-friendly prices.

On the weekends, indulge in happy hour all night long with the new Rose-a-go-go series. For three hours, enjoy free flow wine, rose, prosecco and housepours accompanied with complimentary bites, Italian-style. Depending on what’s in the chef’s kitchen, expect to sample Monti’s famous truffle risotto and bread.

Another exciting promo to look forward to is Monti’s Parma Ham special menu, which will only be available from 21 – 27 September in celebration of Festival del Prosciutto.

The best part? You and your furry friend can stop by for a cheeky pint as the casual dining area allows dogs.
