Paradise Teochew Launches New Individual Set Menus to Combat the Coronavirus

To curb the spread of the Coronavirus in Singapore, Paradise Teochew have launched new individually plated set menus for diners to enjoy Teochew dishes that pack a punch of flavour while protecting diners at the same time.

Diners who are hankering for some classic Hokkien food fare can rest easy as Paradise Teochew has come up with three new set menus that range from $32.80 per pax to $58 per pax. (minimum of two persons to order).

The $38 menu starts off with the Teochew-style Braised Duo Combination, which comprises of the restaurant’s signature braised sliced Irish fat duck and an enticing braised egg served atop a piece of braised tofu. The appetizer is soon followed by a piping hot bowl of Crab Meat with Fish Maw Broth that is filled to the brim with genuine crab meat and maintains a silky consistency and mouth-watering taste that gets better with every sip. The refreshing and light, Steamed Cod Fillet with Garlic and Beancurd Skin involves a decent piece of codfish that is guaranteed to satisfy any diner’s hunger pangs with the delicate balance of the codfish and beancurd. The Hokkien-style Fried Rice with Abalone is the main course that must not be missed. The fragrant and fluffy rice is chocked full with decadent portions of abalone and the classic wok hei flavour that is sure to satisfy diners who are looking for a carb-heavy dish. To end the meal on a high note, the Teochew-style Sweet Soup (Cheng Ting) is freshly brewed daily with king red dates, gingko nut, white fungus and longan and can be served either warmed or chilled according to the diner’s preference.

Diners can opt for a wine pairing option to go along with their food available at only S$38 per person for any set menus.
