The menu of French-inspired cuisine presents classic flavors with a modern twist, with an emphasis on sublime fish and seafood delicacies.

With limited capacity, Fischers Fritz’s Kitchen Table offers guests a highly exclusive and personalized experience. If you’re able to get a ticket to the hot seat, you’ll be able to speak candidly with Chef de Cuisine Christian Lohse and hear more on his unique approach to fish and seafood dishes. Forego the sophisticated service and cosy interior of the restaurant and immerse yourself behind-the-scenes.

Between courses, guests can stroll around the kitchen to discover trade secrets and gather valuable insight in to a world-class kitchen. The Fischers Fritz Sommelier will be on hand to suggest wines that pair perfectly with the tasting menu.

*The set menu is charged at EUR 240.00 per person and includes four courses, water, an aperitif, and complementing wines chosen by the sommelier as well as coffee.
