Romance by the waters of the Marina Bay as Catalunya Singapore presents a Valentine’s Day a La Carte Special on 13 and 14 February 2015 for lunch and dinner. The February specials will include 3 main dishes and 2 desserts, priced between $12++ and $60++.

Catalunya Grilled Razor Clams

Specially prepared by Head Chef Gerard Escola, begin the Catalan cuisine love story with a gorgeous plate of Grilled Razor Clams ($40++) that is dressed in yuzu and ponzu sauce, and planted with delicate edible flowers. This plate brings delight with smoky flavours of the grill while the sweet taste of the sea lingers harmoniously on the palate.

Catalunya Rigatoni with Truffle and Parmesan Cheese

For those who share the passion for pasta, fan the flames with a hearty portion of Rigatoni with Truffle and Parmesan Cheese ($45++) where Chef Gerard douses the cream based pasta with seasonal truffle to exude the fragrance of every gourmand’s desire.

Catalunya Lamb Shoulder with Pumpkin Puree and Morels

Meat lovers would fall head over heels in love with the Lamb Shoulder with Pumpkin Puree and Morels ($60++). The 170 grams of tender lamb from Middle Earth is grilled and served with its perfect match, a smooth and creamy pumpkin puree.

The “happily ever after” comes with Catalunya’s remake of the Spanish “Tres Leches Cake” ($12++) which is made using milk, evaporated milk, and condensed milk. Of course, no Valentine’s Day is complete without a classic Chocolate Souffle ($14++) as a palate pleaser.
Lunch is served from Mondays to Saturdays from 12pm to 2.30pm and dinner is served daily from 6pm to 10.30pm.
