Chef Emmanuel Stroobant has also delicately crafted the Valentine’s Dinner menu, aptly named “La Vie en Rose” which holds court with two seatings – a five-course meal from 5.30pm to 8pm at $138++ per person, and an eight-course meal from 9pm to closing at $158++ per person. A highlight from the menu, which most certainly captures the spirit of Valentine’s Day and is available for both lunch and dinner, is the Risotto de Tomate Fumee. The dish is a smoked tomato nano risotto with red snapper tempura, ume-beet dressing, ikura and pomegranate reduction – a sure way to delight the ladies with its coquettish hue of pink and sprinkling of petals.
