For your mains, choose between the Buttered Steak with Bell Peppers and Golden Brown Potato Wedges or the Grilled Salmon Fillet with Baby Asparagus & Saffron Rice. Race to the finishing line with the Red Heart Raspberry Cheese Cake – a sure way to end off your meal on a sweet note. Cove Stadium’s Valentine’s Day four-course set menu is available at $188 nett per couple and includes a complimentary bottle of Yaldara Cabernet Sauvignon.
Wine and Dine by the stars as BRUSSELS SPROUTS (#01-01) offers an appetising four-course menu to satisfy both you and your lover’s taste buds. Highlights of the menu are Tonic is a lovely starter made of the freshest ahi red tuna tartare ginger-chilli, sesame, lime and paired with toasted brussel waffle. Oyster lovers will enjoy Douceur – a highlight of fresh shucked oysters with cucumber citrus salsa and ginseng vinegar. The main course, Tendresse, features a lusciously grilled beef fillet, green asparagus, creamy garlic mashed potato, roasted fig, and sour syrop de liege juice The Valentine’s Day Menu is available for individual a la carte orders or as a set for a couple at $120++, and will exclusively be served only on 13 and 14 February.
Picotin Express (#01-06) dishes out variety of eight Valentine’s Day Blackboard Specials comprising of starters, main courses and desserts. Quayside Fish Bar & Bistro (#01-11) offers all ladies a red rose together with their four course dinner set menu that starts off with a plate of Double Baked Swiss Gruyere Cheese Souffle and Seasonal Fresh European Seafood, followed by a second entrée of Atlantic Crab Meat, Avocado Mousse, Trout Roe and Herb Crouton. For your main course, enjoy the Mangalica Pork Cheeks Roll, Swiss Bacon accompanied with Red Wine Jus Leek Fries. The four-course set menu is priced at $148++ per couple on 14 February and $138++ per couple on 13 and 15 February.
Experience violet dreams at Sabio by the Sea, Tapas Bar & Grill (#01-02) with a charming dinner specially crafted by Sabio by the Sea’s Group Executive Chef, Damien Le Bihan. With three unique appetisers, three main courses and a decadent dessert, your Valentine and you will be sure to experience a magical evening by the marina. Each dinner includes two glasses of Sabio by the Sea’s specially concocted Valentine’s Drink. This delightful meal is available at $88++ (for one pax) while your Valentine dines for free.

Make your daytime date memorable with the Valentine’s Lunch that features four themed dishes paired with complementing wines. Chef Emmanuel Stroobant has also delicately crafted the Valentine’s Dinner menu, aptly named “La Vie en Rose” which holds court with two seatings – a five-course meal from 5.30pm to 8pm at $138++ per person, and an eight-course meal from 9pm to closing at $158++ per person. A highlight from the menu, which most certainly captures the spirit of Valentine’s Day and is available for both lunch and dinner, is the Risotto de Tomate Fumee. The dish is a smoked tomato nano risotto with red snapper tempura, ume-beet dressing, ikura and pomegranate reduction – a sure way to delight the ladies with its coquettish hue of pink and sprinkling of petals. Pain Perdu, only available at dinner, is an exquisite match of sweet and savoury with its pairing of farmed strawberries on top of a brioche French toast and grilled foie gras with red beetroot essence, raspberry vinegar and cream fraiche.
