We have gathered some of the best national day buffet offerings for you to celebrate with your friends and family!
1. PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road Asian Street Food Dinner
Kick back and enjoy a refreshed buffet spread that showcases Spice Brasserie’s all-new Asian street finds from the region and an expanded array of fresh seafood delights.
Known for its vast array of fresh succulent seafood, you can’t miss out on a local all-time favourite, the Singapore Chilli Crab with Mantou. Spice Brasserie is also debuting three new crab flavours, the popular Malaysian style Kam Heong Crabs promises an irresistible fragrance and seamless blend of flavours from the spices used, like dried shrimps, curry powder, curry leaves, shallots, garlic and chilli. The Mongolian sauce crab is lightly spicy, similar to that of black pepper sauce except that it’s likely creamy, highly addictive and appetising to the palate. Last but not least is the deliciously rich Tom Yam Crab that is sure to bring guests back to the land of smiles with each bite. Other honourable mentions include the BBQ Black Char Siew, Banh Mi Crispy Pork Belly, Hand-Tossed flavoured Naan that is cooked fresh to order and Teppanyaki Ice-creams are made to order at the live stations.
Spice Brasserie will be running a special National Day Promotion on 9th August where diners will enjoy a “Pay 5 Dine 7” promotion, seven diners may enjoy the buffet at the price of five adult diners.

2. Orchard Hotel Singalicious Buffet
The Orchard Cafe at The Orchard Hotel Singapore has taken inspiration from renowned food cultures in Singapore that allows guests to revisit their favourite local dishes through the cafe’s Singalicious Buffet.
Experience a heritage dining experience like no other with dishes from heritage-inspired local creations to chef-curated cuisines, ranging from Masala Crab, Lobster Roti John, Chicken Rice and Nasi Lemak Maki to a Freshly Shucked Oyster Omelette cooked to order! 4. Mandarin Oriental Hawker Fare Dinner
Known for their extensive selection of dishes, intricate presentations and a quaint dining atmosphere, Melt Cafe at Mandarin Oriental has launched its new Hawker Fare Dinner Buffet to celebrate Singapore’s 57th birthday!
Enjoy a wide array of Singaporean delights as the monthly themed dinner affair takes on a local twist with familar highlights such as Singapore Bak Kut Teh, Chicken Rice, Fried Carrot Cake, Fruit Rojak and Coconut Pandan Bread and Butter Pudding.
