SEAR and Angie’s Steakhouse Collaborates to Bring you A Bubbly Mother’s Day Lunch

For the very first time, two of Singapore’s prominent dining destination SEAR and Angie’s Oyster Bar are collaborating to bring a unique Champagne infused three and four course Mother’s Day Lunch!
The Sip & Sea set lunch consist of seafood-centric dishes all infused with premium Champagne.
Some of the Highlights of the Sip & Sea Set Lunch are:
The French Ecaille Dargent Oyster & Norwegian Salmon Tartare which is served with finger lime, chives, dill and a champagne sheet topped with edible flowers.
The Alaskan Crab Brioche Toast is served with organic poached egg, trout roe, Australian green asparagus, chervil, tarragon and champagne emulsion flavoured with preserved lemon. If you love Brioche, you will love this dish.
For Mains,The Atlantic Cod is served with different textures of kabocha pumpkin, pearls, bay scallop mousseline, ocean flavoured celery stick, herb crust and a champagne veloute. The pumpkin has a hint of vanilla which enhances the pumpkin flavour.
Lastly, Mother’s will surely enjoy The Cinnamon & Cardamom Pannacotta with sour cream, gariguette strawberries, champagne jelly flavoured with elderflower and topped with iced sorrel. Perfect to cap your meal, not to mention you get to enjoy unobstructed view of the Singapore’s Skyline while you enjoy your meal.
To show appreciation to all mums this Mother’s Day, all mums will receive a complimentary glass of Rose Prosecco upon arrival.
The Sip & Sea set lunch is priced at: 3-course S$65++ per person and 4-course S$75++ per person, add on an additional S$20++ per person for 2-hour free flow mimosas.
Those who would want to bring their kids, a special kids menu for kids aged (5-12 years) is available for S$35++, which includes free flow of juices. An arts & crafts table and face painting activities will be available for family entertainment
