Christian Liaigre unveils Bronze Inspiration

World-renowned visionary interior designer Christian Liagre recently opened his latest international showroom, LIAIGRE, in Singapore. The showroom is located at 9 Purvis Street, in Singapore’s historic civic district, next to Raffles Hotel. Prior to the opening of the showroom, Liaigre was involved in prestigious local projects such as Nassim Park Residences.

Liagre has unveiled a stunning new showroom collection, now available to purchase. The collection has been selected to represent Christian Liaigre’s latest designs and features a range of pieces using luxurious bronze.

An alloy of soft Copper and brittle Tin, Bronze is lighter than stone yet much harder than the former, making it the metal of choice for centuries for statues and artefacts. Inspired by this durable yet malleable metal, Christian Liaigre was inspired to create beautiful pieces for the home allowing everyone a chance to own a piece of history.

The highlight of the collection is the Chaise Maritime, a beautifully crafted chair combining natural wood, Liaigre Saddle work and Bronze. Embodying the true spirit behind the creative Christian Liaigre brand, each chair is handmade by artisans in France.  An ideal addition to the dining room or study, it will lend the space an artistic edge.

Other items which feature bronze elements include Side Tables, Console and Lamps with each piece of Liaigre furniture being handmade in France on request.
