OKU Hotels launches out of the ashes of the former Casa Cook Hotels with two properties purchased after the collapse of the Thomas Cook brand in 2019. OKU Ibiza, slated to open in 30 April 2021 features 184 boho-chic guestrooms, suites and ocean-view penthouses, a 140m2 OKU Signature Suite and a standalone four-bedroom villa with private pool, two hotel pools, including the largest on the island, and a further semi-private pool serving the six swim-up rooms. An Intimate spa, fitness studio and juice bar . Destination dining OKU Restaurant and To Kima will be overseen by Executive Chef Mark Vaessen, formerly of SUSHISAMBA.

OKU KOS, slated to open in 5 April 2021, features 100 spacious rooms, including suites with private and semi-private pools and a handful of private two-bedroom villas for the ultimate in secluded luxury. An Adult-only resort with a main pool and direct access to a private beach boasting unrivalled views of the Aegean Sea, Spa, sauna and fitness studio with daily complimentary yoga classes at the beach pavilion or yoga terrace.
