Toss Your Way Into Abundance with Pink Fish First-Ever Yusheng

With the freshest Norwegian salmon as the star of their menu, it’s no surprise that Pink Fish has come up with their very own Lo-Hei. The Abundance Lo-Hei comes with fresh or grilled salmon, along with an assortment of fresh greens and special in-house plum sauce, and of course salted egg fish skin.

You can taste the freshness of the ingredients and the cubed pieces of salmon makes it easier to taste the different ingredients instead of having to fish for slices of salmon. The homemade plum sauce is sweet and refreshing, without a cloying taste, that makes us just want to eat more, and we easily finished the whole yusheng.

CNY celebrations this year are looking at a smaller celebrations due to social distancing measures, and Pink Fish has catered to all group sizes. The Abundance Lo-Hei (S$28.80) can comfortably feed groups of up to 8, with space to fit in a salmon burger and a couple of poke bowls after. For smaller groups of 1 to 4 people, the Mini Abundance Lo-Hei comes in three sizes of Small (S$10.90) Med (S$14.90) Large (S$18.90).

The Abundance Lo-Hei ($S28.80) is available from 15 January to end February 2021.
