Ah Mah Homemade cake first opened in Restoran Poh Yap, Kota Kemuning, Malaysia on 7 April 2017 and since then, the brand’s delicious and freshly baked castella cakes soared to new heights and opened fourteen outlets in a short span of two months across Malaysia.

The Homemade Cake
Inspired by the popular egg sponge cakes originating from Tamsui ( Danshui), Taiwan, Chef Jim of Ah Mah Homemade Cake has adapted traditional recipe and put a local twist on it. The cakes are freshly made every day on the spot, and each batch is baked for 80 minutes using only the freshest ingredients including fresh whole eggs, mils and quality flour without adding any preservatives nor colouring.

To ensure that you are enjoying only the freshest cakes and best quality cakes, Ah Mah Homemade Cake bakes its cakes daily and discards all cakes after 12 hours if they are not consumed.
