In celebration of Singapore’s 55th birthday, The St. Regis Singapore launches its Chendol Mousse, a glamorous take on one of Singaporean’s favourite comfort desserts – Chendol.

Handcrafted by award-winning Head Pastry Chef Ng Chee Leong, the limited edition mousse cake enchants palates with every bite of the fragrant gula Melaka-infused spongecake layers, paired brilliantly with decadent coconut bavarois cream brimming with textural bits of chendol, red beans and attap seeds; then finished off with a delicate layer of coconut buttercream and blanketed generously with sweetened coconut flakes.

Available for takeaway and delivery from 7 August until 31 August 2020, complete dinner tables with this truly delightful cake creation in the month of joyous celebrations.
