Fantasy Bakes by Fann Wong is Launching New Memories Tart inspired by Ice Kachang

To celebrate Singapore’s 58th National Day, acclaimed actress, singer, television host and self-taught baker Fann Wong is launching a special tart created especially for this occasion.

Enjoy the sweet nostalgic Memories Tart (S$62) inspired by everyone’s favourite Ice Kachang. Each tart features a buttery sable is cushioned with a light and fluffy almond sponge dressed with aromatic gula melaka cremeux with Red bean puree, chendol jelly, almond bits and diced attap seeds layered atop, finished with rose Chantilly cream, bringing the floral fragrance of the traditional rose syrup in ice kachang.

Alongside the new release, Fanntasy is also bringing back a selection of its crowd favourite tarts, Strawberry Hazelnut Bliss (S$62), Pistachio Strawberry Tart (S$65), Yuzu Match Tart (S$59) and Signature Valrhona Chocolate Tart (S$58) these tarts will be available only in limited quantities daily.
