Hilton Singapore Orchard opening on 1 March 2022 will present a two-day pop-up dining event on 21 and 22 January 2022 as an exclusive preview to two new restaurant concepts ahead of its opening.

Diners can look forward to experiencing a curated menu inspired by the rich history, spices and produce from the early plantation years of Orchard Road, and handpicked specialties from Estate, a modern all-day dining buffet restaurant, and Ginger Lily, an elegant botanical-inspired lounge and bar.

The pop-up event will take over the current premise of “Eat At My Kitchen” at Dempsey Hill for two days, with Hilton Singapore Orchard’s Director of Culinary, Vijayakant Shanmugam and Executive Pastry Chef, Cindy Khoo at the helm of the kitchen.

A four- and six-course tasting menu along with optional alcohol pairings are available for lunch and dinner respectively. The menus will include carefully handpicked dishes such as Black Truffle Roasted Duck, Honey Soy Glazed Australian Short Ribs, Squid Ink Tagliatelle with Octopus Confit and an unmissable dessert, The Ginger Lily.

Hilton Singapore Orchard is set to be a dining destination on its own, further elevating the city’s culinary scene with five curated dining concepts including Osteria Mozza by celebrated American chef Nancy Silverton, two Michelin-starred Shisen Hanten, and the award-winning Chatterbox.

Alongside these iconic restaurants are two new concept restaurants, Estate, an all-day dining buffet restaurant that presents sophisticated, heritage-inspired modern Asian dining, and Ginger Lily, an elegant botanical-inspired lounge and bar offering artisanal tea and patisserie by day, and curated wines and cocktails by night.

Hilton Singapore Orchard Pop-Up Dining Preview is priced at S$58++ per pax; Four-Course Lunch Tasting Menu / (inclusive of a welcome mock tail, coffee & tea), Top up $38++ for beverage pairing inclusive of one cocktail, two glasses of wines and $98++ per pax ; Six-Course Dinner Tasting Menu (inclusive of a welcome mock tail, coffee & tea), Top up $48++ for beverage pairing inclusive of one cocktail, three glasses of wines.
