Mrs Pho Goes Beyond Generic Vietnamese Offerings At Its Newest 313 Somerset Outlet

One of the pioneer and well-loved Vietnamese cuisine in Singapore, Mrs. Pho further expands its brand with their newest outlet at 313 Somerset.

Being known for its consistency and attentive service and food offerings, a new comprehensive menu of Vietnamese favourites as well as improved recipes of their classic favourites await at this new relaxed and comfortable central outlet.

The menu features an array of delicacies which include all the traditional dishes you’d expect but upgraded such as their various Pho offerings such as the Premium Pho, elevated with 36-hour sous vide short ribs marinated in a custom-made spice rub, served alongside silky smooth rice noodles in a heartwarming beef broth. Enjoy the improved recipe of the Wagyu Pho made doubly indulgent with premium beef from Japan along with other favourites such as Sliced Beef Pho, Chicken Pho, Spicy Beef Noodle, Crab Meat & Prawn noodle and more.

The newly improved menu still offers staples such as the Grilled Beef La Lot, minced beef wrapped in betel leaf, served with lettuce, pickled vegetables and fine rice noodles. The Star Fruit Salad, beef slices marinated in lemon juice for more tender and flavourful textures. Claypot Eggplant with King Oyster Mushrooms, eggplant cooked to melt-in-your-mouth creaminess in oyster sauce.

Stir-Fry Crab Meat Noodle, smoky wok-fried vermicelli topped with fresh crab meat. Mountain Style Grilled Chicken, marinated chicken with a new Vietnamese mix spice rub before it is cooked sous vide for invariably tender and juicy bites. Braised Mushroom Dry Noodles, a vegetarian take on the usual Mrs Pho Dry Noodles (bún thịt nướng).

The desserts feature favourites such as the Grass Jelly with Coconut Milk and improved Crème Caramel. New and Must-try is the Marou Chocolate Mousse, made from luxuriously smooth Vietnamese Marou chocolate. It is the first artisan chocolate maker to be based in Vietnam that makes bars from beans of superior quality, hand-picked from an island called Tan Phu Dong in the Mekong Delta.
