After undergoing months of renovation, the new place is now dressed in a more refreshed green interior taking inspiration from Rising Forest, an art installation of potted trees by renowned sculptor Zheng Chongbin that line the hotel atrium, RISE now bears a new colour palette reflecting nature.

Step into a myriad of flavours at the 400-seat Rise, Marina Bay Sands only international all day buffet establishment offering a brand new culinary offering that includes sustainable sourced produce and themed buffet nights.

Feast on the eight open concept kitchens offering sumptuous International cuisines as well as local Singapore classic dishes from “Live” cooking stations, Pasta station offering the popular Singapore Laksa, Cold station offering freshly chucked oysters, prawns and Alaskan crab.

Dig into the wide variety of sushi and fresh sashimi, taste the popular Singapore Chili Crab served with Mantou, taste the classic Beef Rendang prepared differently by using beef short ribs making it superbly tender and juicy that will make you wanting for more and of course, no meal is complete without going to the Dessert station. Rise introduces new dishes prepared and curated with sustainable sourced produce.

The Ayam Percik in Tangy Peanut Sauce (Malay grilled chicken), a Javanese dish consisting of candlenut, turmeric and fresh herbs from the herb garden. Locally sourced hormone-free Sakura chicken is marinated for 24 hours before being grilled to perfection in the backyard of RISE.

The Baked Salt Crust Sustainable Barramundi is a delicious and sustainably-sourced fish baked in a crust of salt, dill, lemon, fennel and coriander seeds. The dish uses locally sourced Kuhlbarra Barramundi that is also hormone-free and antibiotic-free.

Enjoy the Home Smoked BBQ Beef Brisket featuring hormone-free beef from Australia marinated with RISE’s special rub and fresh herbs before being cooked over a smoker in the backyard. These signature dishes will be on the buffet line every day

Introducing for the very first time at Rise, create your own flavoured sodas using fresh herbs plucked from the outdoor Herb Garden, Fresh Homemade syrups and top with fresh cut fruits. a fun way to reinvent your drinks for kids and adults alike.

Commitment to Sustainability
Marina Bay Sands is committed to sustainability and this includes the revamped Rise, the herbs used in preparing the dishes at Rise and the entire property is sourced from their very own outdoor herb garden which grows over 50 varieties of herbs including some herbs which could be found only in this garden. Ingredients are sourced from responsible farmers locally and in the region; while recycled or sustainable materials are used for everything from table-mats to table settings.

All glass, paper, cardboard and plastic materials are recycled, and food waste collected and broken down into waste water, minimizing the amount of solid waste that goes into landfills. Trimmings of the herbs from the Herb Garden are reused as centerpieces in the dining room in place of flowers, ensuring nothing goes to waste.
