PS.Cafe Set to Open at One Fullerton in August

Iconic and internationally recognized local brand PS.Cafe will welcome the launch of its seventh and largest outlet to date, PS.Cafe One Fullerton.

Starting from humble beginnings in 1999, PS.Cafe began as a cosy cafe hidden within Projectshop clothing store. The charming and understated spot quickly gained a following for its hearty takes on savoury cafe classics, famous truffle shoestring fries and indulgent cakes, puddings and tarts. Since then, over the course of 17 years, PS.Cafe steadily expanded to encompass six outlets.

Spanning 5000 sq ft and seats up to 160 people, PS.Cafe One Fullerton will offer sweeping views of the iconic Marina Bay Sands towers, the majestic Merlion and the shimmering waters below. An urban sanctuary with a number of intimate spaces, guests can choose to dine on the open-air terrace, in the light and expansive indoor area or in the private dining room. The sprawling bar area with its inspired beverage menu will appeal to nearby office workers looking to unwind after work.

Staying true to the touchpoints that have made PS.Cafe a favourite homegrown Singaporean brand, PS.Cafe One Fullerton will offer sleek interiors with a contemporary feel, detail-oriented service, generous portions and a thoughtfully curated beverage menu. Inspired by its waterfront location, the menu will comprise the favoured signature dishes, while celebrating seafood with fresh and vibrant fish dishes.

The opening of PS.Cafe One Fullerton marks just one step in the brand’s expansion, with their Raffles City outlet set to open this Autumn.
