Glow Festival’s return in July is a timely reminder of the importance of wellness and the balance of work and life, regardless of your stage of life. Glow Festival by Prudential 2025 marks the fourth edition with a curated lineup of wellness activities that prioritizes the experience from 5 to 13 July 2025.
The usual lineup of global star coaches and instructors lead the schedule, with headliners like yoga master Dylan Werner leading a breathwork and movement inspired class, elite sprinter Olivia May who champions strength workouts that channel physical precision, and strength coach Dannibelle Robertson with her empowering sessions.
There’s a class for everyone, from morning runs led by SEA’s fastest female Ironman, sound healing classes, Pilates, WeBarre classes, mobility flow classes, partner yoga, and HIIT sessions.
New this year is the expansion of the panel and dialogue sessions, which delves into mental and emotional health, as well as other inclusive practices like traditional Chinese Medicine.

Aside from the introduction of the latest Sunrise Rave Runs, the trend of morning run parties partner up with the Beans&Beats DJ collective to kick off a nice morning job, runners can push themselves at Singapore’s first ever 60km Ultra Marathon. Led by run club Noble Ambassador Jordan Hamada, the ultra marathon is held in conjunction with Singapore’s 60th anniversary with an overnight run through the city center, and part of the proceeds will go to the Samaritans of Singapore to support suicide prevention and mental health awareness.
The full lineup of events can be viewed online, with tickets selling out. There are two ticket tiers, regular tickets that includes access to one Main Studio Class and a bundle of limited edition Glow Festival x Prudential Singapore merchandise, and VIP tickets which includes an Andar limited edition shirt and even more goodies like vouchers.
Glow Festival is happening from 5-13 July 2025, limited tickets are still available online
