The new hospitality start up caters to an ever expanding international clientele. The fully customised mobile phones offer guests a whole host of privileges. 4G Data Connection offers unlimited data roaming capacity as well as free local minutes, allowing guests the opportunity to discover Bangkok free of worry and stress, while only being a phone call away from the hotel.

Concierge Connect allows guests to contact their Siam Butler at any time of day and arrangements made by the hotel will be uploaded to the ‘My Stay’ itinerary planner for ease of reference. The Portier City Guide will inspire guests to explore whimsical Bangkok with text written by internationally renowned travel writers, who call Bangkok home.

A daily Radar bulletin will introduce guests to the cultural activities taking place during their time in Bangkok, connecting them to local communities of artists, musicians, chefs and more. To accommodate the international clientele, the content will be available in four languages: English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese and Arabic.
