Located in ION Orchard, the brand specialising in platinum rings carry over 200 designs and a wide variety of products with various ring options and collections on display, as well as fashion jewellery, including necklaces, earrings and bracelets.

I-PRIMO brings a touch of Japanese Hospitality with its personalised services such as complimentary consultations offering made-to-order engagement and wedding rings based on personal preferences choosing from preferred type of material, ring colour, design and setting.

Customers will enjoy a year’s worth of free repairs, spanning ring restoration, ring rounding, surface refinishing, and loose setting from repairing dropped melee diamonds or give their family heirlooms a new look.

In addition to stellar rings, I-PRIMO goes beyond your typical jeweller by offering a one-of-a-kind proposal concierge, their experts will amass their wealth of experience to help plan and stage the dream proposals for their customers.

To sweeten the deal further, in collaboration with Windflower Florist, I-PRIMO offers a complimentary Flower Bouquet gift worth up to S$90 for all customers with any purchase of an engagement ring from the brand’s ION Orchard store.

I-PRIMO Offers free lifetime size alteration service and free size exchange on first-time requests for some fixed-size ring designs.
