Adrift by David Myers Launches Weekend Brunch
Adrift, a California izakaya restaurant by award-winning chef and restaurateur David Myers launches a fresh and innovative rework of traditional brunch dishes.
For a set price of S$88++ per person, guests enjoy table-side offerings of small plate specials with choice of a main course and a dessert from the kitchen and a buffet of chilled seafood, light salads, tropical cut fruits, freshly baked pastries, artisan cheese and charcuterie.
Brunch mains include the Adrift Benedict – grilled rice cakes topped with dashi bacon, onsen eggs and chive-miso hollandaise, Crispy Chicken and Sweet Potato Waffles – a cheeky nod to an American classic with fried chicken, sweet potato waffles and maple-umeboshi syrup, and fluffy Ricotta Pancakes topped with yuzu honey, vanilla persimmons, and azuki bean ice cream.
Regular buffet items include Baby Romaine with tofu, edamame, sprouts and red miso mustard dressing; California Heirloom Tomatoes with sherry vanilla vinaigrette, turmeric and mint; Rare Roast Beef Salad with mixed radishes; as well as a selection of fresh seafood including oysters, king prawn, octopus, mussels and chilled spider crab.
For an additional S$70++ a person, guests will be able to indulge in free-flow of Champagne, seasonal fruit cocktails, beer, selected wines and non-alcoholic beverages.
Adrift is open daily for lunch, dinner and drinks. Brunch is served on Saturdays and Sundays from 11am – 3pm, and a menu of late night bites is available every day from 10pm – midnight.
