Conrad Centennial Singapore Extends Its S$55++ A La Carte Buffet with New Menu Selections!

Due to the overwhelming response, Conrad Centennial Singapore is extending Oscar’s a la carte buffet from S$55++ per person until the end of September 2020. Enjoy another month of culinary feasting and adventure. Savour unlimited servings of local and international cuisines all brought piping hot to your table.

Dive deep into generous spread that is brimming with fresh seafood such as shucked plump Oysters, Snow Crabs, Prawns and Mussels. If this isn’t enough to satisfy your cravings, indulge in Fresh Tuna, Salmon and Octopus Sashimi Platter as well as special hand rolled Sushi selections.

If you are looking for contemporary European flavours, save space for the Duck Confit, Roast Rib Eye with Cracked Pepper Jus and Mash, Sakura Chicken Roulade and Porcini Jus as well as Lobster Spaghetti Aglio Olio Pepperoncini.

Vegans wont be left out as healthy plant based dishes are available which include Mock Salmon Poke Bowl and Grill Pita with Hummus, Labneh and Baba Ganoush that is flavourful and guilt-free.
