Beginning this month, a new bar programme will offer unbeatable promotions from Tuesday to Thursday, 6-9pm only at ADRIFT by award-winning chef and restaurateur David Myers.

Get Social on Tuesdays with all cocktails half price. Ranging from innovative reworks of modern classics such as the ADRIFT Singapore Sling to stirred and spirituous offerings like the Harajuku with Hibiki Japanese whisky, Gran Classico, Quinquina and chocolate bitters.

A favourite not to be missed is the light and shaken Lepak Local, a unique combination of Botanist Gin infused with chili padi, Palm Sugar infused with burnt lemongrass, Calamansi and Pineapple Juice. Satiate that appetite with a range of small bites such as freshly shucked oysters drizzled with kaffir lime mignonette, plump duck confit gyoza or japanese fried chicken with a miso mustard dip.

With over a selection of over 50 whiskies with a very large collection of rare and hard to come by Japanese whiskies, Whisky Wednesdays offers 50 per cent off ADRIFT’s premium array of whiskies.

Every Thursday, Wine Thursdays presents a list of 50 wines for just $50. Work your way through the finest wines from around the globe with a selection of Red, White and Rosé wines from Australia, New Zealand, America, Spain and France.

Lastly, In celebration of US Independence Day on July 4th, ADRIFT will serve free Wagyu beef burgers to bar guests all day long.

This isn’t just any beef burger, this is Chef David’s ode to his mother’s beef burgers that he so fondly remembers from his childhood. The beef patty is made from wagyu beef and is lathered in an unctuous house-made tomato jam, grilled gruyere cheese and sprinkled with a parmesan snow and pickled jalapeños, all sandwiched in a soft brioche bun.

ADRIFT is open daily for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks. Brunch is served on Saturdays and Sundays, and a menu of late night bites is available every day.
