Fufu Pot Represents Asian Traditions In A Pot

The newest F&B establishment to open in Plaza Singapura, Fufu Pot has introduced a single pot mainstay filled to the brim with hearty broths that is filled with proteins and ingredients- an ideal option for hungry diners who are unable to finish an oversized portion that’s meant for three people by themselves! Diners will get to indulge in eight different broth sets, each representing their own bold and vibrant flavours from different countries in Asia!

The main star of the menu has got to be the Stinky Tofu (S$24.90), a Taiwanese-inspired broth of tangy flavours topped off with specially marinated stinky tofu. An enticing pot for diners who prefer intense and sharp flavours, the pot is also filled with generous portions of tiger prawns, clams and scallops and accompanied with a wide variety of vegetables such as enoki mushrooms that adds a hint of sweetness to the broth!

The staple Korean Army Stew (S$16.90) is a must order for any diners who simply used to travel to Korea just for the food! With a kimchi based sour and spicy broth, the pot is complete with additional add ons of Angus Beef and Cheese Sausages- perfect for a rainy day or for diners to curb their hunger pangs until they can travel to Korea again!

Vegetarian diners will not be left out as they can opt for the Tomato (S$12.90) pot,a low calorie yet filling option that will entice all diners that is made with large ripe tomatoes that is simmered over time to produce a sweet and sour stew! The Mushroom (S$9.90) pot, is another vegetarian friendly option that takes it’s sweet flavour profile from mushrooms and a range of local vegetables!

The other four pots are the piquant Thai inspired White Curry (S$19.90) pot, the umami flavoured Japanese Tonkotsu Miso (S$18.90), the fiery Sichuan Mala (S$14.90) that will be an instant hit with diners who love spicy food and the Collagen (S$23.90) pot which promises nourishment for the soul as well as the skin due to the precious attributes of collagen in the broth!

Apart from the mainstays, diners can also order from a plethora of add-ons to enhance their dining experience! Expect Korean favourites like Japchae with King Oyster Mushrooms, Grilled Tteokbokki Skewer with Cheese as well as Japanese nibbles like Aburi Chashu with Ajitama Egg. A taste of Thailand can be found with the Lollipop Chicken with Thai Sweet Chilli while Taiwanese street food is represented by the quintessential Taiwanese Fried Stinky Tofu.
