The Lobby Lounge at Conrad Centennial Singapore brings back it’s popular nine tier tower of sweets and savouries that take their inspiration straight from Japan to satisfy their diner’s cravings and longingness to travel to Japan!

Highlights from the Sakura Afternoon Tea include the Red Velvet Sakura with Raspberry Marmalade, a visually appealing and decadent sweet treat to start off on a high note with its multitude of sweet layers coupled with the raspberry core embedded within that does not overwhelm the palette!

The Japanese Rice with Sakura mousse is a culinary treat that combines the sweetness of a mousse along with the delicate soft Japanese rice embedded within that helps to give the soft dessert a bit of bite as the sakura flavours blends together flawlessly with the rice for a dessert experience like no other!

Other fine treats in the Sakura afternoon tea include the Sakura Mont Blanc, Smoked Salmon with Sakura Cheese and Spiced Avocado Mousse on a savoury éclair, a tube of The Lobby Lounge’s Signature Sakura Crème Cheese and Crackers, Sakura infused scones that come with a serving of strawberry jam, honey or clotted cream!

The Sakura Afternoon Tea is available from now until 2nd May 2021 and comes with a free flow of Ronnefeldt Tea and Brazilian Coffee for 2 hours (S$40++ per person) or Sparkling Rose (S$65++ per person) or even unlimited glasses of bubbly champagne! (S$85++ per person)
