We all love a good alfresco dining experience, and nothing screams summer more than a barbecue on the beach. It’s Grillfest time as the annual meat lover’s dream come true returns to the sandy beaches. Across the next four weekends, Sentosa Grillfest will take over Siloso Beach with five zones filled with a selection of the best grilled meats and smoky flavours.
Aside from the usual crowd favourites like Jett Barbecue Kampung, Food Club, Meng Meng Roasted Duck and DAMN, there are a lot of new exciting flavours to try. The new experience zone Grillhouse allows you to grill your own seafood platters alongside curated meats like enjoy wood-fire roasted crispy skin pig, dry-aged beef, and premium wagyu. The platters come in different sizes, with options like scallops, shellfish, prawns, stingray and beef to pick from. The Aburi Bar also has a selection of fresh fish cuts that is served torched or as sashimi – pick from Hamachi, mekajiki belly, tuna otoro and Hokkaido scallops.
Local Grills is where the local born-and-bred meat specialists shine – expect wok-hei- twists on hawker classics or fusion creations. Look out for treats like Grilled king crab leg from Sea High, GCB from NBCB, and Burnt Ends Rice from Oud Restaurant.

Head to the Beachside Grills where the brands go all out to impress with displays of flame grills and various grilling styles. CHARROU will be making their debut, with their signature crispy roast ducks, but try the Trio Buns, where you get to try the crispy golden siu yuk, crystal char siew, and roasted duck, all nestled in pillowy lotus buns. Kampung Food Club is known for their Whole Roasted Aug Wagyu Beef Knuckle, while halal-certified The Smok House will be dishing up their rendition of a Sunday Roast.
Over at International Grills, you can feast on specialty meats from other countries like Mexico, Hawaii, and and Korea. The Camp Carribean and Carnaby collaboration is a highlight, with chef Ricardo Allen making his Jamaican jerk chicken and other grilled fare from Jamacia, Trinidad, and the Caribbean isles while English chef Adam Penney will grill up a good ol’ burger and a full on Sunday Roast.
The Marketplace has also introduced a corner with premium fresh ingredients where you can select the meats and have the chefs cook them right in front of you after making your purchase. Marketplace is also where you can pair your grills with an ice-cold jug of beer from ASA BREW or the Sapporo Beer x Makoto-Ya .
Sentosa GrillFest 2025 is happening every Friday to Sunday from 17 July to 10 August. Admission is free.
