The Macallan Introduces Its Double Cask Divided Exclusive Dining Experience
The Macallan presents The Macallan Double Cask Divided Experience – an innovatively multi-sensory culinary pairing experience that intimately explores The Macallan’s Double Cask range, comprising The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years Old, Double Cask 15 Years Old, and also the Double Cask 18 Years Old.
Exemplary of incomparable creativity and craftsmanship, the Double Cask Divided Experience is inspired by The Macallan’s close association to the natural environment surrounding its Estate in Speyside, as well as the liquid journey of each bottle of Double Cask.
Visually presented through the four seasons – Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter, The Private Dining Room is dramatically transformed to reflect the elements of the seasons with a specially curated menu from Osteria BBR by Alain Ducasse.
Expect a visual and gastronomical journey depicted by the ingredients that are characteristic of the seasons, paired with an expression from The Macallan Double Cask collection. The dining experience is paired with an exclusive serve ritual that heightens the olfactory senses – almost as if being transported to The Macallan’s Speyside home.
