As the hectic Chinese New Year season looms ever closer, the popular dim sum franchise Tim Ho Wan has launched three brand new dim sum dishes from 13th January to 16th February at all outlets islandwide (except for its Marina Bay Sands outlet) that will undoubtedly appeal to everyone’s tastebuds.

The Pan-Fried Pork Buns ($6.50) offers a tantalising balance of a tender soft exterior and a juicy delicious sweet pork filling on the inside once the skin has been broken into. A quintessential part of Singapore’s food scene, the Golden Salted Egg Lava Bun ($6.50) will be able to satisfy anyone who has a deep hankering for the silky smooth dressing! Guests only simply need to bite into the piping hot bundle of joy to let the salted egg concoction flow freely onto the palate.

Finally, the Pan-Fried Rice Cake ($5.00) is a must-have for any Chinese New Year reunion meal. The soft and chewy dessert with its smoky fumes will prove to be an irresistible and satisfying ending to any meal.

Apart from the three new offerings, the special Hong Kong Pork Chop Noodle is now available at all restaurants across the island. Originally offered at Tim Ho Wan Suntec City, the combination of the succulent juicy pork chop with its springy noodles flown in all the way from Hong Kong has prompted the spread of the classic noodle dish to all of its stores.
