Toast to A Good Cause with Nutmeg & Clove this Negroni Week 2019

For the fourth year running, in collaboration with Four Pillars Gin and in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Negroni; Nutmeg & Clove is back in support of the annual Negroni Week, organised by Imbibe Magazine and Campari.

Launched in 2013, with the purpose of celebrating one of the world’s classic cocktails created and giving back to the society; it has grown from 120 participating venues to almost 10,000 venues around the world, and have collectively raised about $2 million for charitable causes.

For 1 week only, on 24 – 30 June 2019, Jayden Ong, bartender behind Nutmeg & Clove and this good cause presents, Rockstar Breakfast Negroni. Inspired by the idea of having a spirit-forward classic for breakfast, it comprises the usual suspects at breakfast, and a traditional Singaporean twist; featuring strawberry sous-vide Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin, coffee-infused vermouth, and Campari, garnished with dehydrated Milo yoghurt.

For every cocktail sold, Nutmeg & Clove will be donating S$5 to Beyond Social Services. This organization is dedicated to helping underprivileged children and youths, aiming to assist them to break free from the poverty cycle. Believing that our children are tomorrow’s future and everyone should be given a chance in life, they are here to bridge the gap by providing them access to basic necessities such as food education and guidance.

Negroni Week 2019 at Nutmeg & Clove will be held from 24-29 June 2019 from 6:00pm onwards.
