Enjoy a new way of enjoying your bowl of ramen as WOKE Ramen introduces a cultural crossover between Japanese ramen broth and Chinese lamian noodles, the noodles are first stir-fried in seasoned woks that singe them just right for that prized wok he. Each bowl offers an unbeatable combination of smoke, depth and umami – a wonderful alchemy of culture, deliciousness and wok(e).

WOKE Ramen offers two types of soup broths, rich, creamy and fragrant Chicken Collagen Broth simmered for eight hours with pure chicken bones and cartilage and Prawn Broth, made by boiling fresh sea prawn heads with chicken broth for maximum umami of the sea in a bowl of ultimate seafood richness.

Each soup base is available in five different renditions, some of our favourites include the must-try Chicken Chashu Collagen Ramen, Prawn Paste Ramen, Prawn Paste Collagen Ramen, Tiger Prawn Ramen and the Chicken Gyoza Collagen Ramen.
