Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Singapore Introduces New Premium Set Menu and Special Father’s Day Set USDA Prime beef

Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Singapore has revamped its menu and recently launched its new menus that reflect both its enduring legacy and a more thoughtful approach to contemporary dining.

The new refreshed menu includes its popular Wolfgang Experience Lunch, All-day set menu and the forthcoming Father’s Day offering, reinventing the classic American steakhouse — balancing tradition with ease and versatility suited to today’s pace.

The newly introduced Set Menus are available throughout the day, each menu highlights the use of fresh ingredients and premium USDA Prime beef, offering a well-rounded introduction to Wolfgang’s most recognised dishes.

The Executive Set Menu (S$158++ per person) offers a five-course meal starting with a Caesar Salad with Half Bacon, followed by the soup of the day and a 100% USDA Prime Dry Aged T-Bone Steak, served alongside Mashed Potatoes and Creamed Spinach, before concluding with a seasonal dessert feature.

Next, the Premium Set Menu (S$198++ per person) features a six-course dishes, starting with a Seafood Platter of jumbo shrimp, crabmeat, and lobster, alongside the Caesar Salad with Half Bacon, soup, 100% USDA Prime Dry Aged T-Bone Steak, Mashed Potatoes and Creamed Spinach, ending once again with a seasonal dessert feature.

Luxury Set

Lastly, the Luxury Set Menu (S$338++ per person) presents a more elevated composition, starting with a fresh Beluga Caviar Plate, followed by a Beverly Hills Chopped Salad and a rich Lobster Bisque, before arriving at the 100% USDA Prime Dry Aged T-Bone Steak with its accompanying sides and dessert. Each menu concludes with coffee or tea, offering a measured and satisfying close.

There’s also the Wolfgang Experience Lunch Course (from S$45++), offering a satisfying and easy way to enjoy Wolfgang’s in the middle of the day. Guests can start with a Beverly Hills Chopped Salad or Lobster Bisque, before choosing from mains such as the Classic Wolfgang Burger, Grilled Norwegian Salmon (supplement $18), or the signature 100% USDA Prime Dry Aged Sirloin Steak served with Mashed Potatoes and Creamed Spinach (supplement S$53).

Available all day from 14 till 21 June 2026, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Singapore marks Father’s Day with a dining experience built around the kind of food that doesn’t need interpretation.

Priced at S$179++ per person, the menu begins with a Short Rib Beef Barley Soup, slow-cooked for depth and richness, offering a warm and satisfying start to the table, followed by your choice of either a dry-aged 100% USDA Prime New York Strip Loin or Lamb Chops, each prepared to highlight the natural character of the cut and the precision of the kitchen.

Sides are served in true Wolfgang’s style, Mashed Potatoes, Creamed Spinach, Grilled Asparagus, or Steak Fries are available to round out the meal, keeping the focus on balance and flavour across the table. The meal ends with a slice of Pecan Pie, served warm, offering a nutty, lightly sweet finish. Alongside it, A special cocktail to commemorate this special occasion, is the seasonal exclusive Father Knows Rum (S$28++) cocktail that introduces a layered blend of earthy hōjicha infused rum, velvety Antica Formula vermouth, angostura bitters and finished with fresh orange zest, created to sit comfortably alongside the meal.
