The Historic Monaco Grand Prix is back for 2021

The Grand Prix of Monaco, one of the world’s most iconic motor sports circuits, popular with fans and drivers alike, is back centre stage this spring. After the 2020 edition was put on hold, the Principality is set to host three Grands Prix in the space of just 28 days for the first time ever: the 12th Grand Prix Historique (April 23 to 25, 2021), the 4th Monaco E-Prix (May 8, 2021), and the 78th Monaco Formula 1 Grand Prix (May 20-23, 2021).

In the next few weeks, the past, present and future of motor-racing comes together in Monaco for an unprecedented month of adrenaline in the streets of the Principality. Not for the faint of heart, the quickfire triple-bill of top-class motor races are:

4th Monaco E-Prix (8 May, 2021)
Experience the electric atmosphere of the Monaco E-Prix! Although the category was only created five years ago, Formula E vehicles and technology have made great strides in terms of power and range, capable of speeds of up to 280km/h. The Monaco E-Prix celebrates the electric revolution by bringing together the top Formula E cars to race along the F1 circuit.

Now, fans can also give their top drivers a boost! With the Fanboost, or Fan Experience, the FIA connects spectators by giving them the opportunity to influence the race. By voting for their favorite driver through the official Formula E website or on social media, they can give him extra power that can be used for 5 seconds during the second half of the race.

78th Monaco Formula 1 Grand Prix (20 – 23 May, 2021)
Get set for plenty of thrills, the Monaco Grand Prix is back for its 78th edition. One of the oldest and most prestigious motor races, contestants will be challenged in thousands of gear-changes in a labyrinth of track, the slowest bend in the World Championship and the fastest breakdown service in the world.
