Wellness is no longer just a personal routine—it is officially the next major cultural movement, and it is taking over the festival calendar in full force. Moving away from individual classes programming, Glow Festival 2026 is making a triumphant return to a massive, full-fledged three-day festival weekend format at Palawan Green, Sentosa from 17 to 19 July 2026.
The event takes the concept of holistic living to a grand stage, where fans can explore the various facets of wellness like yoga, stretching, recovery, and even Traditional Chinese Medicine and fusing it seamlessly with live music entertainment for a total clarity reset of the mind. Over the weekend, Glow Festival will bring together global headliners from both sides of the spectrum—pairing massive community workouts led by international fitness icons like Joe Wicks and Chontel Duncan with spectacular, day-to-night mainstage music performances by multi-platinum superstars Jason Derulo, Hyukoh, and Alessia Cara.
The workout sessions go beyond the usual high-energy HIIT circuits and soundbath-and-yoga-sessions, with 8 different zones to explore. Cupola Stage will host big scale wellness sessions during the day before the artists take over for the night, while the Flow Studio will host movement-focused classes like barre, dance, and mobility in addition to the usual yoga and pilates. Recharge Bay restores your energy with recovery sessions and relaxation therapies, or head to the Mind Oasis to reset with breathwork and meditation workshops. Workouts will be led by international and local instructors, with leading fitness icons like Chontel Duncan, Emi Wong, Joe Wicks scheduled alongside Cass Lau (Rx Performance), Gabrielle Mendoza (Uncovering the Oasis Within), Jimin Choi (jiminyoga), Joseph Kong (Division Athletics), Tyen Rasif and more.
The pet-friendly event also welcome furry friends, as long as you’re mindful of everyone else at the event. The Glow Family Grove welcomes family-friendly programming, and don’t forget to drop by Glow Point or Maker’s Meadow to explore games, artisan products and shop for wellness brands. We have our eye on the Glow Commons, where Bobby Saputra is bringing his cult-favourite Bobby’s Burgers back to Singapore, alongside refuelling grub from The Acai Collective, Korio, and Dearborn.
Daily entry tickets start from $95 for a single day entry, and $209 for a three day pass. Mastercard is also running an exclusive buddy promo if you get 2 or more tickets so that you and your friends are able to enjoy a mental reset together. Early bird entry tickets are also available for Saturday and Sunday, and all ticket tiers allow multiple re-entries!
Tickets provide access to all classes, workshops and experiences on a first come first served basis, however you may reserve a spot in the next scheduled class by collecting a token from the relevant Zone ahead of schedule. We also expect popular classes by celebrity instructors like Emi Wong and Joe Wicks will have a huge turnout, so getting there early to secure a good spot is key unless you’re happy to hide at the back. All tickets also include access to the Glow Miles Run, and you can select the run at checkout.
So if you’re in need of a mid-year reset, there’s no better place than Glow Festival—a weekend where wellness, music and community come together in an unforgettable weekend, leaving you recharged, inspired and ready for whatever comes next.
